The Main Dining Room
Everything in the Dining Room revolves around the six-metre woodfire stove where our chefs work their wonders, with theatrical seating around the open kitchen and a classic, modern dining experience, adjoining our wine cellar. Immersed in the heart of the restaurant, this space is underpinned by a lifelong passion for paella, Mediterranean influenced dishes and classic wines from around the world. It is the perfect setting for lunch and dinner celebrations up to 56 guests, and can accommodate up to 80 guests for a canapé reception.

Aptly named due to its elegant design. Full of different light features and chandeliers, while filled with natural daylight through the day. Whether you're seeking a timeless dining experience or a more relaxed, informal dinner, this luminous space is completely versatile and the perfect hideaway to enjoy any of our exquisitely curated menu.
The Private Dining Room
The Private Dining Room is located in our first floor, bathed in natural light at all hours of the day, and is an excellent location for daily delegate gatherings, conferences and business meetings of up to 22 guests. The glass walls reflect the light of the city, while creating a warm ambience for standing drinks or intimate dinners.
The Bird Room
The Bird Room is a spacious, semi-private versatile area on the ground floor with lots of natural light throughout the day and transforms itself into a cosy and dramatic setting at night.
