Refined Spanish flavours. The elemental power of wood fire.
Arros QD brings the theatre of wood-fire cooking to the heart of London. Built around a striking six-metre stove — the beating heart of the restaurant — the kitchen is the stage, and the fire is the protagonist.
Here the theatre is the fire itself: flames rising, smoke swirling and rice transforming over glowing embers. Refined Spanish flavours, bold Hispanic influences, and the elemental power of wood — across two beautifully designed floors by Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
On the ground floor, diners are seated around the open kitchen with the six-metre stove at centre stage. Upstairs, two private dining rooms offer a more intimate setting, bathed in natural light and framed by Spanish art and ceramics.
Quique Dacosta
Born in Extremadura and adopted by Valencia, Quique Dacosta launched his culinary career at the age of 14 and has held the helm of his flagship restaurant in Dénia since 1988. Today he holds seven Michelin stars across his restaurants and is widely recognised as one of the world's 50 best chefs.
His philosophy is one of lightening cooking, of adjusting the cooking points of products, and using local products as a source of inspiration — always with a window open to the world.
Lázaro Rosa-Violán
The interiors were designed by celebrated Spanish designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, whose studio Contemporain Projects has created spaces for some of the world's most celebrated restaurants.
Across two meticulously designed floors, Rosa-Violán has combined contemporary elegance with authentic Spanish charm — warm materials, bold ceramics, and a theatrical atmosphere that complements the spectacle of the kitchen.
