Paella & Bubbles – A celebration of Paella

Arros QD celebrates World Paella Day and the gastronomy of Valencia this September with a showstopping event.

On Thursday 23rd September we’ll take you on a gastronomic journey, filled with flavours of gastronomic Spain.

The evening starts at 6:30pm in our lounge bar, where we’ll enjoy cocktail miniatures native to Valencia and listen to the soothing sounds of live guitar with canapes iconic to our Chef Patron Quique Dacosta.

We’ll later move to the restaurant downstairs, to indulge our senses with an exclusive Sparkling wine-paired tasting menu designed by Quique, whilst watching the fires burn high and chefs cook in front of you. Dessert will transport you directly to the citrus fields of Valencia with the debut of our fresh and invigorating “Naranja”, made with orange sorbet, blood orange pearls and fresh mint, to allude to Valencia’s century-long tradition of different citrus cultivation.

To mark the special day in our calendar year, each table will leave with a very special treat, to help you on your way to recreating your own paella, the Valencian way.
