Interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán developed his maximalist style in Spain and has become an in-demand designer around the world, working on projects as far afield as Beijing and Mexico City.

The team in London brings together years of high-level restaurant experience.

Aurelien Pottier
Aurelien was born with all his family involved in the restaurant business. Over the past 20 years, he has helped manage a variety of hugely successful projects spanning Europe, the Middle East and the US.

Richard De La Cruz
Richard has worked for several years in some of the best‐known Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain, including five years working alongside Quique Dacosta, during which time his Denia restaurant won its third Michelin star.

Jose Balado
Jose holds several of the most prestigious qualifications in wine studies, including a Diploma from Escuela Española de Cata (Madrid, Spain), the Certified title in the Court of Master Sommeliers (London, UK ) and the Diploma WSET (London).
